I am Andrey Lashov from Saratov, Russia.
My call is RA4DB.
I am interesting in GERMANY award.
But Bundesland Bremen is very rare - i have only 3 QSO and no QSL yet.
Could you help me? Could we arrange SKED at time comfortable for you ? My QSL - 100%,
buro or direct - on your choice. I am working CW only on bands from 80 till 10 m including WARC.
